Born on 20.11.1986 at Amritsar, Punjab in the family of Sh. B.M. Gupta and Smt.Neelam Gupta. Did matric from Sacred Heart Convent, Tara Hall School in the year 2003 and plus two from Chapslee School in the year 2005. Completed B.A. LL.B(Hons) (Gold Medalist) from Ava Lodge Shimla affiliated to Himachal Pradesh University. Qualified LL.M. from Himachal Pradesh University in the year 2012. Qualified UGC Net in the year 2013. Worked as Asst. Professor in IEC University Baddi from Aug 2014 to Dec 2014. Worked as Assistant District Attorney from Dec 2014 to July 2015. Stood FIRST in the Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services examination and got posted as Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.)-cum-JM, Court No. 6, Shimla on 14.01.2016.Thereafter, transferred and posted as Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.)-cum-JMIC, Court No. 5 and assumed the charge on 11.07.2017. Remain, posted as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Court No.2, Dharamshala, District Kangra. H.P. till 29.05.2019. Remained posted as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate Ist class in the Court No. 1 at Dharamshala, District Kangra (H.P.) from 29-05-2019 to 10-12-2021.Thereafter transfer and posted as Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Dehra, on 10-12-2021. On transfer, currently posted as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Mandi and assumed charge as such on 18-04-2024.
