Born on 15th October, 1992 in the family of Sh. Kamaljeet Singh Narula and Smt. Amrit Narula in Mandi, (H.P.). Passed Matriculation and Senior Secondary Examination from DAV Centenary Public School, Mandi (H.P.). Grabbed first rank in commerce in the 12th examination, thereafter, graduated from G.G.D.S.D. College, Chandigarh in the year 2010. In BBA, grabbed 9th rank in the Punjab University in the year 2011. Did LLB (3 year) from Punjab University in the year 2016. Pursued LLM from Kurukshetra university in the year 2019. Passed Himachal Pradesh Judicial Service examination in 2018 and joined Judicial Academy on 12th January 2019. Thereafter, joined as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class, Solan on 17th June 2019 and on transfer, remained posted as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kangra w.e.f 10.08.2021 to 10.04.2023. On transfer, remained posted as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dharamshala w.e.f 21.04.2023 to 16.12.2024 On transfer, assumed charge as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class, Karsog on 21.12.2024.
