Born on 25th February. 1989 in the family of Sh. Vijay Kumar Gupta and Smt. Sunita Gupta in Chandigarh. Did B. Com from D.A.V College, Chandigarh and thereafter did L.L. B from Department of Law, Panjab University in the year 2012. Did L.L.M from Kurukhestra University. On being selected in Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services in the year 2014 joined on December 2014. After undergoing training at Himachal Pradesh Judicial Academy, Shimla, H.P., posted as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court no 2, Dehra, District Kangra. Thereafter, posted as Mobile Traffic Magistrate, Mandi and Kullu at Mandi on 16.11.2021. Remained posted as Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Thunag, District Mandi from 10-12-2021 to 20-10-2023. Assumed charge of Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Gohar, District Mandi w.e.f. 21-10-2023.
