Born on 8th December, 1978 at Shoghi, Tehsil District Shimla H.P. Passed Matriculation and +2 Examination from Govt. Senior Secondary School, Shoghi. Did B.Com from H.P. University, Evening College, Shimla, passes LLB in the year 2006 from H.P. University Shimla and LLM from Kurukshetra University in the year 2018 .Thereafter Practiced as an Advocate in the District Court, Shimla. Selected in the Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services Examination held in the year 2008 and posted as Civil Judge (Junior Division )-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Court No.4 Hamirpur, H.P. Thereafter, remained posted as Civil Judge(Junior Division)-Cum-Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Court No.2 Hamirpur, Karsog and Chachiot at Gohar. On transfer, Joined as Mobile Traffic Magistrate, Hamirpur and Bilaspur at Hamirpur and remained posted there as such till 04.05.2016 and on promotion Joined as Civil Judge(Senior Division)-Cum- -Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehra Distt. Kangra, Kangra H.P. Thereafter, transferred and remained posted as such at Sub-Divisional Court Theog, Shimla, from March, 2018 to August, 2021. Thereafter, trasfer and posted as Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Mandi, from 10-08-2021 to 05-04-2023. Now on promotion, joined as Senior Civil Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mandi. w.e.f 06-04-2023.
