    Publish Date: August 17, 2026

All advocates, litigants and other stakeholders are hereby requested to mandatorily take a backup of the cases saved under “MyCases” by utilizing the “Export” feature available in the current version of the eCourts Services Mobile Application. The exported data should be saved to Google Drive as well as local storage.

The new version of the eCourts Services Mobile Application for Android and iOS is ready for release on the Google Play Store and App Store. The reported compatibility issue has been resolved in the said update, which is scheduled for release on 18.08.2026.

In this regard, all concerned users are requested to complete the backup of their saved case data within the stipulated timeline and before the release of the new version, so as to avoid any possibility of loss of data during the upgradation process.

It may be noted that failure to take a backup may result in permanent loss of saved case data, particularly in the event of any unforeseen technical issues during the upgradation process.

All concerned are, therefore, requested to take the necessary backup at the earliest.
